High Frequency

A high frequency diet is one that is natural, toxin free and provides the nutrition you need to fuel your body’s electrical currents while promoting good health in body, mind, and spirit. We can raise our energy vibration and better connect with ourselves, nature and a higher power by eating highly nutritious energetic foods while eliminating unhealthy thoughts and relationships.

The concept of energy and the effect on humans, animals and plants comes from the ancient Greeks. The ancient Greeks introduced us to the concept that we are all connected spiritually by energy and form a part of the circle of life that revolves with no beginning and no end. The ancient Greeks believed that if their food had good energy and brought “agapi” (unconditional love), their dishes would heal at the same time.

Fast forward to today…Every time you eat a piece of food, you absorb that food’s energy into your body. The quality of that energy has a direct impact on the quality of your overall health and vibration level. So, if you eat junk food that has been processed with added chemicals, your body won’t get much nutrition and your energy vibration level will decline. However, if you eat healthy food that is natural and unprocessed, your body will receive the nutrients it needs, and your energy vibration level will increase. A high frequency diet also includes fresh water that will purify your body so that it works in harmony with your mind and spirit.

When you eat good food that promotes harmony, the electrical circuits in your brain and all the other parts of your body, such as your heart and your nervous system, will function well, promoting good health and allowing you to think clearly. Being able to concentrate and vibrate at a higher frequency helps you to get through the day with better ease and helps you overcome obstacles that are presented to you.

So what should you be eating? Look for any kind of food that you can consume in its pure, raw form. Think of food that contains energy from the sun, such as:

  • Fresh fruits
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Nuts
  • Whole grains
  • Seeds
  • Raw honey
  • Healthy oils (e.g., olive oil, coconut oil)
  • Legumes
  • Fresh herbs
  • Fresh spices
  • Herbal teas
  • Fermented foods (e.g., kimchi, tempeh)
  • Pure or filtered water (e.g., reverse osmosis, freshly collected spring water)

Note: Meat, fish and poultry are considered low frequency foods, therefore, should be consumed sparingly. Treat these foods as side dishes rather than the main meal.
The energy in food is reduced significantly through processes such as microwaving, frying and canning. Furthermore, genetically modified food and conventional food that has been treated with chemicals and pesticides aren’t a good choice either. Try as much as possible to avoid these types of foods and beverages, which can’t give you the nutrients and energy your body needs for optimal health. If possible, buy organic foods whenever possible.

Referring to the circle of life that the ancient Greeks introduced us to, expressing gratitude for your food also increases the energy vibrations of that food and benefits you. By expressing gratitude, you’ll absorb the energy from the food and drink directly into your body, which works in close connection with your mind and spirit and provides healing benefits.
